Terms and Conditions

Using our website means you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We may make changes to these Terms without letting you know and therefore you should check this page from time to time for any changes. If you do not accept the following Terms, you should not make a purchase from our website.

Prices
All prices are correct as they appear on the website and include VAT at the current rate where applicable. We may change prices from time to time or have offers available for a limited time. VAT is charged where applicable by law and is included in our prices. The amount of VAT charged is shown on your invoice.

Currencies
Purchases can be made in Sterling (GBP), US Dollars (USD), or Euros (EUR). Rates of exchange are set frequently, but may not be checked every day. You will be charged the total shown in your basket at the checkout (including delivery charges) regardless of any variation there may be in the exchange rate at the time. So what you see is what you get charged in the currency of your choice.

Availability
We aim to keep all products displayed on the site available at all times, and to make it clear if there are likely to be delays. In the unlikely event we are out of stock after you have placed your order we will let you know and advise when we can delivery can be made. If you prefer you can ask for a refund (see below)

Descriptions
We make every effort to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, however, slight variations may occur.
All quoted weights, dimensions and capacities are for guidance only.
Colours of items viewed on a computer monitor can vary from the actual product depending on the calibration and colour settings of individual computer screens. If you are unsure of your computer's colour settings, refer to the user manual or seek advice. We cannot accept responsibility for errors resulting from poorly adjusted monitors.
Packaging may vary from that shown (where applicable).

How our Website and Order Processing Works

  • Browsing - Anyone can browse our site and select items to buy.
  • During the time you visit our site, your shopping basket basket will show any purchases as you make them. You can add and remove items from your basket at any time.
  • When you select checkout you will be asked to register or login. As a new customer you will be asked to create a Username and Password. You will then be asked for your contact and delivery details.
  • You must provide the same address to which your credit or debit card is registered (ie the one to which your statements are sent). If the details do not match your order may be rejected.
    Processing your card
  • Once you have completed the form and select Make the Order you will leave our site and enter the secure environment of Sage Pay (formerly Protx). They process your card, make security checks to protect against fraudulent use and authorise your card for payment. Their site operates in a 3-D Secure environment.
  • We NEVER have sight of your card details. Returning customers will have to enter card details again.
  • As soon as your card is accepted, you will be returned to our site. Your card will be deducted for the total amount due, in the currency of your choice. You will receive an automated email confirming your order and giving you a reference number.
  • You are able to login to your customer account at any time and check the process of your order. You can choose to receive emails (or not) as your order is processed.

Delivery
We endeavour to despatch orders confirmed as placed by 09.00hrs on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday that same day. This is not a guarantee and during busy times, orders may not be despatched until a later despatch date. To be safe, you should allow a week from order to receipt of your order. Orders may be sent by Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Parcels both with an option for recorded delivery, or by courier service, depending on size and weight. Delivery charges are calculated by WEIGHT and the weight of each item is shown on the product page. We charge delivery at cost plus £1.25 (incl VAT) to pick and pack. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been despatched please contact us, by phone or via the 'Contact us' form. If your order has already been despatched you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are entitled to request a full or partial refund provided this is done within 10 working days of despatch of goods.
  • You must return the goods in perfect, saleable condition, in the original packing where applicable.
  • Refunds will only be made to the same card used to make the purchase.
  • Refunds will only cover the price charged for the goods. Postage and packing charges are not refundable, unless the order has not been despatched.
  • When returning goods we suggest you get proof of posting, which is free from any UK post office.
  • Refunds for returned goods will be made as soon as possible following safe arrival and within no more than 7 working days.
  • Exchanges. Should you wish to exchange a product you must first return it to us in saleable condition, as with a return. Unless to replace a damaged product we may ask you to pay additional postage costs.

Privacy Policy

  • We respect and protect your privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
  • We never share any personal information - or our mailing list - with third parties
  • We don't hold credit/debit card details
  • If you make a purchase with us we hold the details you provide, which includes the delivery address(es) for your order(s) and details of the account information you provide, including your password information. We also keep a record of your purchase history.
  • The information we hold about you is used solely to enable us to provide the service you expect - which involves processing your order(s). It further enables us to offer you a high level of customer support. You can login to your account at any time and track orders and deliveries, review your purchase history, create wish lists and save baskets.
  • If at any time you want us to remove you from our system, all you need to do is contact us via the website. We will email you to confirm your request and on receipt of your reply, will remove your details. If you want to order again you will have no history with us. Alternatively you may phone us.

How We Use email

  • We do not share any information with third parties.
  • You have to opt to receive our mailings in your account. We then send an email which you have to respond to before being added to our mailing list. Occasional emails will inform you of new products, special offers, or events taking place.
  • If you want you can unsubscribe at any time by changing the settings in your account, or by selecting 'unsubscribe' at the foot of our email.
  • We send confirmation emails when you place an order and you can select whether or not you want email updates as your order progresses.
