Aims and Objectives

"If we live to see a society where people empathise with children rather than controlling them, we shall consider our work done."

* To help create a society where the smacking of children becomes outdated and irrelevant.

* For The Children's Project and Okomi to be trusted: a benchmark for producing books, materials and support services for caregivers that are easy to understand, of high standard and reasonably priced.

* To work with and listen to families and support groups in order to produce material that is needed.

* To work alongside charitable organisations to add depth to our own efforts to support families.

* To influence both policy makers and the media so that babies and parenting can be truly valued.
